Christine FONTAINE-LUSSIE is an attorney, active in corporate law, business law, distribution and competition law and Community law, in the field of consulting as well as in the monitoring of litigation proceedings.
She is a graduate of the Institut d'Etude Politiques de Paris (Economics and Finance Section) with a Masters in business law and taxation from the University of Paris II, and a Postgraduate Professional Diploma in corporate taxation from the Paris-Dauphine University, as well as a CAPA (a certificate of aptitude for the profession of lawyer). She also obtained the diploma of the Institut de Droit comparé (Paris II).
After six years experience in the business law firms Arthur Andersen and Moquet, Borde, she has been a founding partner in the FONTAINE et ASSOCIES Firm since 1997.
She teaches Distribution law as an associate lecturer at the Paris XIII University.
